We’re proud to be your home town supplier of safe, reliable power. As a new customer you will need to set up an account with Erie Thames Powerlines to ensure you have access to power when you move in.

Setting up your account will only take a few minutes. Simply call our Customer Service department 48 hours prior to your move in date and we will walk you through the account set-up process.   • Account holder name
  • Address
  • Mailing address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Verification of ID (driver’s license or social insurance number)
  • Move in date

To determine whether or not you are eligible for a deposit exemption, Erie Thames Powerlines Corporation will conduct a credit check on your behalf.
