Paying Your BillChoose the payment option that's best for you. 1. Telephone BankingWhen signing up for this option, select Erie Thames Powerlines from the list of billers. We are recognized by all major banks. 2. Online BankingWhen signing up to pay online through your bank, select Erie Thames Powerlines from the list of billers. We are recognized by all major banks. 3. Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)Our pre-authorized payment plan is a simple and convenient way for you to pay your monthly electrical bill. By choosing PAP, your electrical bill will automatically be deducted each month from the bank account of your choice. This service is free and can be cancelled at any time by calling (519) 485-1820 or reaching us toll free at (877) 850-3128. To sign up for PAP, print and complete our PDF PAP Authorization Form. The form can be returned by mail to the address below: Erie Thames Powerlines 4. Pay At A Financial InstitutionYou can also pay your monthly electrical bill in person at all major banks and financial institutions. 5. Pay By Credit CardErie Thames Powerlines' credit card bill payment system is provided by Paymentus Corporation. We accept payment using Visa and MasterCard. Please note, the third party provider does charge a user fee for processing these payments. When you make a payment on your credit card, we receive a notification of your payment and your account will be updated on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation number for each payment we receive, which will be emailed to you for your records. Please note that Paymentus charges a small convenience fee for paying bills using this service. Please complete the following form to set up your Paymentus account. Your information will remain confidential and will not be used for any purpose except paying your Erie Thames Powerlines energy bill. 6. Pay By MailYou can also send your payment by cheque through the mail. Erie Thames Powerlines Please note that we cannot accept cash payments. 7. PAY AT A DROP BOXCheques payable to Erie Thames Powerlines can be dropped off at a deposit box located at: 46 Talbot St (Aylmer Town Office) or Please note that we cannot accept cash payments.
